Once known as Kampung Seberang Ramai, the village was revitalised in 2020 under the vision of the Perlis Crown Prince, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail. Homes, bridges, and walkways were painted in vibrant shades of red, blue, yellow, and green. Today, it features over 400 brightly painted houses across six sub-villages, each with murals celebrating local culture and heritage.
Explore by “Choley” — A Local Ride with a Story
Hop on a “choley” — a charming three-wheeled motorcycle — for around RM35 per ride (4–6 people). Local drivers take you through the most picturesque parts of the village, sharing stories of the community, its transformation, and local fishermen.
